She does me proud, again
Yesterday, Lisa ran her first 3 miles and she was great. After about 2.5 I know she wanted to stop and I'm pretty sure she wanted to curse the 5 mile build up schedule but she made it and has not after effects. Good Job Honey.Happy Easter to all.
