Can you hear the difference?

MP3 or not has a simple exersize to test your listening ability. Can you hear the difference? I could after several listens and the difference was very subtle. Of course that's with my little ear bud headphones. Listening to these clips over some high end speakers via a home theater you might notice the difference more easily. Still a fun exercise.
