Props to SanDisk

I have to give props to the SanDisk support team that worked with me on my broken MP3 player and ultimately sent me a replacement. The player was just a year old and would no longer power-up, rendering it basically useless, and they replaced it with a brand new one. The nice thing was they sent a complete replacement - player, ubs cable, headphones, and software - even though I only needed the player. I can return to my regularly scheduled programming.
