Paris Hilton was released [fitted for ankle bracelet and reassigned to house arrest] from jail due to medical reasons, this according to Los Angeles County Sheriff's Dept. spokesperson, Steve Whitmore. I guess the rich and famous can beat the legal system every time. Instead of a 96 square foot cell, Hilton is now restricted to her West Hollywood home with a 3,000 to 4,000 foot radius of freedom. Oddly enough the department's inmate tracker still lists here in the Lynwood facility. TMZ.com has all of the 411 including the public statements by the Sheriff's office and the press release.Wonder if Paris is allowed to drive her car as long as she stays on her property???

What a rip, at least MARTHA the queen of GREAT FOOD had to eat that shi^ , room with the rest of the common'ers and rot in jail for SIX MONTHS. So not fair. Now THAT'S not hot!
