John "Yippie-kay-yay" McClane is coming to town

Scenes for Bruce Willis' new movie, "The Surrogates," a sci-fi thriller, will be filmed at the Draper mill complex in Hopedale, MA later this month. A set is currently being constructed behind the mill's Hopedale Street wing and there are also several used Boston Police cruisers in and around the site.

According to the movie's IMDB page, it is set in a futuristic world where humans live in isolation and interact through surrogate robots, a cop (Willis) is forced to leave his home for the first time in years in order to investigate the murders of others’ surrogates.

Hopefully I can get down to the set during filming and see some of the action and the stars while they are briefly in the area.
