KITT I need you buddy

The Knight Industries Two Thousand, or KITT, car [don't confuse this for the KARR car] is for sale - well at least one of them is. There were only four documented "camera cars" used for the 4 year run of Knight Rider and a Dublin auto dealership is offering their KITT for purchase. The car belongs to Tim Russo of Livermore and is being offered by Johnny "Vette" Verhoek of Kassabian Motors has this prize 80's icon for sale at the low, low price of $149,995.

In case you were wondering, KITT is a black 1982 Pontiac Trans Am with many modifications including Computer AI, Alpha Circuit, Molecular Bonded Shell, Pyroclastic Lamination, Turbo Boost, Voice Synthesizer, Etymotic Equalizer, and Microscanners. Unfortunately the camera car version does not include of of these features and is not even street legal.

This would be the perfect match for the person who bought the SS Minnow and they could tour the country - KITT towing the Minnow bringing back all of those forgotten TV memories.
